Hello everyone, While going through different discussion forums and other spaces I gathered that there are many people around the world who are looking to recover from various kinds of physical situations. (A Surgery, an accident, muscle injury etc.) And to attain such a recovery they look up to Yoga. While Yoga can certainly help you out of such situations, the question is what or which component of Yoga should you embrace to achieve a speedy recovery. The internet is full of spaces where millions of people are debating about this question. So I thought of putting up a straightforward answer to this. And the answer is 'PRANA'. Simply put Prana is the life force/vital force of the universe also known by other names like 'Qi' (Chi). This force/energy is what prevails in each and everything in the universe. Pranayam

Pranayam - Made up of 2 words 'Pran' + 'Ayam'. 'Pran' means the life force. 'Ayam' means controlling/chanelling Hence, pranayam means controlling/chanelling the life force. The pranayam being performed in the picture above is 'Naadi Shodhan'.
